Delete your Hub Capture account
Hub Capture is the mobile app published by Hub Data, Inc. If you no longer want your account, you can delete it yourself in the app or on the web, or ask us to delete it by email. All three routes delete the same account.
01 Three ways to delete your account
- In the app. Open Hub Capture, go to Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
- On the web. Sign in at https://platform.hub.xyz/settings and choose Delete account.
- By email. Write to privacy@hub.xyz from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the sending address to match the request to your account.
02 What happens next
If you write to us, we will respond within 30 days (or sooner if required by your jurisdiction). When you delete your account:
- We delete your personal account information (email, profile data, wallet address) within 30 days.
- We retain certain information where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax and regulatory purposes).
- Uploaded content that has already been included in datasets licensed to enterprise clients cannot be retracted from those clients' copies, since you agreed to its use in datasets at the time of upload. Future use is stopped, and any unfulfilled licensing of that specific content ceases.
