Version 1.0, effective October 9, 2026

Read the Portuguese versionImportant. These Terms govern participation by individuals using the Hub platform in Brazil. Task-specific conditions shown in the app form part of these Terms for that task. The Payment & Quality Review Policy and the Data Rights, Image & Voice Agreement also form part of the applicable contractual framework.
1. Parties, scope and acceptance
These Brazil Contributor Terms ("Terms") govern access to and participation by individuals resident or located in Brazil in Hub's platform, app, websites and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
For purposes of these Terms, Hub Data, Inc. is the Platform provider and the principal counterparty for access and reward obligations unless the applicable task or payout screen expressly identifies another entity. HUB AGENCIA DE DADOS LTDA, CNPJ 68.362.634/0001-28, at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811, Conj. 1119, Jardim Paulistano, Sao Paulo/SP, 01452-001, acts as the local affiliate and may perform support, payout, compliance, representation and other Brazil-related functions. Performance by an affiliate discharges the corresponding obligation to the extent performed. No individual shareholder, officer, employee, DPO, attorney-in-fact or representative assumes personal liability to a Contributor merely by acting on behalf of a Hub entity, except for personal liability that applicable law expressly makes non-waivable.
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of contracting. Hub may retain the electronic acceptance record, accepted version, date/time and account identifier as evidence of acceptance.
For users in Brazil, if there is any inconsistency between this English translation and the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version controls, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.
2. Independent and voluntary participation
Participation is voluntary, non-exclusive and independent. You choose whether to participate, which tasks to accept, when to participate and how much to contribute, subject only to task availability windows and legitimate technical, safety, privacy and quality requirements.
Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership, agency, franchise, representation or exclusivity between you and Hub. Hub does not impose fixed working hours, attendance control, mandatory shifts, minimum dedication, professional productivity quotas, continued availability or penalties for inactivity or declining tasks.
Hub may establish technical eligibility requirements and acceptance criteria for submitted materials. These controls are designed to assess the submitted output, security, fraud and compliance and are not intended as direction of your personal or professional routine.
3. Account, eligibility and verification
You must maintain one personal account, provide accurate and current information, protect your credentials and not permit another person to use your account.
Hub may require identity verification (KYC) when necessary for fraud prevention, payout requirements, regulatory thresholds, specific tasks or legal compliance. Verification may be performed by a specialized provider. Where verification is mandatory, affected payments may remain pending until verification is completed.
You may not falsify location, identity, content, metadata or other material information, including through VPN, spoofing, multiple accounts or manipulation intended to bypass Platform controls.
4. Tasks and task-specific conditions
Each task should clearly identify the expected output, permitted environment, required equipment, relevant instructions, quality criteria, applicable deadline or availability window, reward/rate and any bonus (the "Task Conditions").
By starting a task, you accept the Task Conditions then displayed. The rate displayed when the recording or task begins is locked for that submission, except in case of manifest error or fraud. Later price changes will not retroactively reduce the rate applicable to a submission already started in good faith.
If there is a conflict, the Task Conditions control only the task-specific commercial and technical details; these Terms control the general relationship.
5. Recording locations, third parties and safety
You may record only where you are authorized to do so. For workplace, commercial-site or third-party-premises tasks, you must obtain authorization from the person responsible for the premises when required by the task or applicable law.
Do not record restricted areas, trade secrets, confidential documents, credentials, screens containing personal data, medical or financial information, or other sensitive third-party information. Do not intentionally record minors or identifiable third parties without authorization where the capture is not merely incidental or where the task requires consent.
Safety comes first. Do not use recording equipment if it creates an unreasonable risk, interferes with hazardous activity, violates site rules or compromises attention.
6. Submissions, review and acceptance
After submission, Hub may classify content as accepted, rejected, pending additional review or subject to security/fraud verification. Review follows the Task Conditions and the then-current Payment, Quality Review, Holds & Appeals Policy.
If a submission is rejected, the Platform should provide an objectively understandable reason or rejection category. You may request re-review under the Payment & Quality Review Policy.
A delayed review does not result in automatic acceptance, but Hub should not leave a submission indefinitely in a generic pending status without an update, reason or escalation mechanism.
7. Earnings and payouts
An accepted submission generates the amount stated in the Task Conditions ("Accepted Earnings"). Accepted Earnings are credited to the Platform balance and may be withdrawn once the displayed minimum threshold, applicable payout validation and any legitimate hold requirements are satisfied.
Accepted, undisputed earnings should not be withheld merely because an unrelated task, general score or review remains pending. If an investigation affects only part of a balance, Hub should, whenever reasonably possible, release the uncontested portion.
Payout methods may include PIX, bank transfer and supported digital assets displayed in the Platform. Settlement time after Hub dispatches a payment may depend on external banks, networks or payment processors.
8. Security, fraud and compliance holds
Hub may temporarily hold a submission, payout or portion of the balance where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, duplication, manipulation, material Terms violation, security issue, legal obligation, pending KYC, ownership dispute or material payout risk.
A hold should be proportionate to the identified risk. Where reasonably possible, Hub will communicate the reason category, start date and next review milestone. Extended holds should be periodically reassessed and updated, subject to confidentiality required for investigations, fraud prevention or government orders.
Nothing authorizes Hub to appropriate definitively accepted amounts that are due. Once the basis for a hold no longer applies, uncontested amounts should be released.
9. Bonuses, referrals, challenges and promotions
Hub may offer bonuses, referral programs, rankings, challenges and promotional campaigns. Each program is subject to the rules displayed in the Platform and, where applicable, separate official rules.
Promotional programs do not guarantee income, continuity or task volume and may be prospectively changed or discontinued. Any sweepstakes, contest, free-prize distribution or other regulated promotional mechanic will be offered in Brazil only when structured in accordance with applicable law.
Referral rewards arise only under the applicable program rules and legitimate Platform activity and do not create compensation merely for building a network or a permanent commission right.
10. Equipment and starter kits
If Hub provides equipment or a starter kit, ownership, permitted use, care, replacement and return conditions will be disclosed when provided. Equipment provided on loan remains Hub property unless expressly stated otherwise.
You must use equipment reasonably, safely and only for authorized purposes.
11. Contributor obligations
follow the task instructions and applicable safety, privacy and confidentiality rules;
not submit fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, illegal or unauthorized third-party content;
not bypass technical, location, KYC, quality, security or payout controls;
respect third-party rights and recording-location rules;
promptly report payout failures, security incidents or unauthorized account use.
12. Account suspension and termination
Hub may limit features, suspend or terminate an account for confirmed fraud or substantial fraud indicators, serious or repeated Terms violations, security risks, unlawful use, government orders or another legitimate and proportionate basis.
Where confidentiality, urgency or law does not prevent it, Hub should identify the reason category and provide a channel to contest the action. Material decisions based solely on automated processing may be submitted for review as provided in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Account closure does not eliminate entitlement to accepted and uncontested earnings, which will be processed after necessary validations, subject to legally required holds.
13. Privacy and data protection
Personal-data processing is governed by Hub's Privacy Policy, including legal bases, disclosures, international transfers, retention and rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018).
The Privacy Policy is a transparency notice and does not replace separate consent where consent is legally required. Image, voice and content-right authorizations are addressed separately in the Data Rights, Image & Voice Agreement.
14. Rights in contributions, image and voice
When you submit content, you grant or transfer to Hub the economic rights and authorizations required for the purposes defined in the Data Rights, Image & Voice Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
A transfer or license of economic rights in content does not eliminate personality rights or personal-data rights, which remain subject to applicable law.
15. Reliability score and automated decisions
The Platform may use automated systems to support task eligibility, fraud prevention, review prioritization and a reliability score based on factors related to submission quality and integrity, adherence to specifications and review outcomes.
The score should not be designed to penalize simple inactivity, declining tasks or failure to meet a minimum volume. Where an automated decision produces a material effect on your interests, you may request information and review under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
16. Taxes and personal obligations
You are responsible for assessing and complying with tax, registration or reporting obligations that apply to amounts you receive. Hub may withhold, report payments or request tax information where required by law.
17. Availability, warranties and liability
Hub does not guarantee continuous task availability, minimum earnings, permanent device compatibility or uninterrupted Platform operation. Maintenance, technical outages and third-party events may temporarily affect the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages not resulting from willful misconduct, fraud or breach of a non-waivable obligation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights under the LGPD and other applicable Brazilian law.
18. Changes to these Terms
Hub may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel before they take effect where practicable.
Where law requires renewed consent or express acceptance, Hub will request it. Continued use will be treated as acceptance only where legally permitted and after adequate notice.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Before filing a dispute, we encourage contacting Support for an efficient resolution, without limiting access to the courts.
Any forum provision will be interpreted consistently with mandatory Brazilian law. Contributors retain any venue rights guaranteed by law, including the forum of their domicile where applicable.
